Using the website
You may browse the site, read its content, and use its forms to contact us. You may not scrape it at scale, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or misrepresent yourself in a form. Content on the site — text, illustrations, code samples, product names — belongs to Nabla-X and may be quoted with attribution but not republished wholesale.
Demos and previews
The interactive demos and guided previews on this site run on simulated sample data. They exist to show how the products behave and are labelled as such where they appear. Nothing in a demo is a statement about your data, your systems, or a result you would obtain. Case studies describe representative engagements; figures in them are illustrative unless a customer is named and quoted.
Sentinel accounts
Signing in to Sentinel creates an account and, usually, an organisation. By doing so you agree that:
- You are authorised to connect the data sources you connect, and to grant us the access those connections require.
- You are responsible for who you invite into your organisation and for the roles you give them.
- You will not use the platform to attempt access to another organisation's data. We enforce isolation at the database level and treat attempts to cross it as a breach of these terms.
- You will not use the platform to process data you are not permitted to process, or in a way that breaks a law that applies to you.
We may suspend an account that is being used in breach of these terms. Where we can, we will tell you first. You can close your account at any time; your data is deleted within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
What the products do, and don't
Query Intelligence generates database queries from natural language and runs them read-only. Data Reliability detects statistical anomalies. Decision Intelligence explains detected anomalies by decomposing contributing factors and matching similar past cases. EdgeMind packages these to run inside your own network.
These are decision-support tools. A generated query, an anomaly flag, or an explanation is an input to a person's judgement, not a substitute for it. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of their output — the same responsibility you would carry for a query an analyst wrote by hand.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform available and to fix faults quickly, and we publish a health endpoint so you can see for yourself. Specific uptime commitments, response times and support hours are set in each customer's agreement. Free and trial usage carries no service-level commitment.
Warranties and liability
The website and platform are provided as they are. We do not promise they are error-free or fit for a particular purpose beyond what a customer agreement states. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything arising from the website or free/trial use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us for it — which for the website and trials is nothing. Liability under a paid customer agreement is set in that agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your content
Data you connect to or enter into Sentinel is yours. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not train models on your data. You grant us the limited right to process it for that purpose and no other.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us go to the courts of India. Customer agreements may specify a different venue, in which case that venue applies to matters under that agreement.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change materially affects Sentinel customers, we will email organisation administrators before it takes effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
