Our pricing depends on the number of users, data volume, number of database connections, and which products you need. We build a plan around your specific requirements. No hidden fees.
Are you HIPAA compliant? SOC 2?
Not independently certified yet, and we won't say otherwise. The hosted platform runs on SOC 2-certified infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase), and our own controls — database-enforced tenant isolation, encrypted credentials, an audit trail on every action, a PII policy gate — are documented on the Security & controls page. For PHI, the EdgeMind appliance keeps data inside your boundary; a Business Associate Agreement for the hosted platform is discussed on Enterprise.
Can we deploy on-premise?
On-premise and private cloud deployments are available on the Enterprise plan. We support AWS, GCP, Azure, and air-gapped environments.
What happens to our data?
Your data never trains our models. Each customer's data is fully isolated. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service you've contracted.
